PIN Code for Restricting Calls

Most organizations have some rules about who can make calls to where. It may be that your warehouse team can only make local and national calls and your accounts team can call local, national and international calls.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Switchboard.
  3. Select the number you want to Restrict Outbound Calls.
  4. Select Outbound.
  5. Create a PIN Code.
  6. Set your preferences under the "Call type" drop-down box.
  7. Click Save to update settings.
