SIPcity supports most SIP-based VoIP devices including Analog Telephone Adaptors (ATA), IP Phones, IP PBX systems, and Softphones.

While our goal is to make all installations as easy as possible, this option is intended for advanced users. SIPcity can not provide full technical support for all SIP VoIP devices. If your device is not working as expected, you may need to contact the device manufacturer for technical support.

Generic SIP Configuration for SIPcity

Display Name: your caller ID

SIP Server Name / Proxy Server :

User name / Account ID / Authenticate ID: (the phone number you are trying to register 61xxxxxxxxxxx)

Password: your SIPcitypassword

Register port: 5060

Register with proxy: yes

Make call without registration: no

Codecs: G711, G729a
