Caller Name Display

Using the caller name display you can present your user name when you dial another person. This is particularly handy when dialing other extensions in your organization.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Switchboard.
  3. Select the number you wish to alter the display.
  4. Select Profile.
  5. Number Details.
  6. Set your Caller Name.
  7. Click Save to update.

8. Reset your phone.

You should restart or reset your phone after making any changes on this page.
