Call Return

When you are on a call with a customer and the line drops, or you have finished the call and want to quickly call them back dialling *69 will redial the number that last called you.

You also have the option of having the number read back to you first for confirmation.

How to set up Read Back confirmation:
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select Switchboard.
  3. Select the designated number.
  4. Select Outbound.
  5. Select Call Return.
  6. Click to enable Call return confirmation.
